Good questions

Can I use the pictures commercially?

Yes. Everything you generate is yours — shops, thumbnails, ads, print, merch. No attribution needed.

Do tokens expire?

No. Buy a pack today and spend it next year.

What if a picture fails?

The tokens for that run go straight back to your balance, automatically. If the description was declined by the safety filter you’ll be told, and nothing is charged.

How do I pay?

Card (Visa, Mastercard) in euro, or BLIK in złoty. You pay on our payment provider’s secure page and come straight back to your sketchbook.

Is there a free trial?

Every new account gets 10 tokens — that’s ten drafts or five standard pictures, no card needed.

How it works

You describe a picture in plain words. The engine draws it. You pay per picture with tokens that never expire.

Write the sentence

Say what is in the picture, where it is, and what the light is like. “A violin carved from ice on a snowy stage under a spotlight” gives the engine everything it needs. Any language works. You can ask for a style too — ink sketch, watercolour, film photo, 3D render.

Choose the detail

Draft1 token

Fast and rough. For trying ten ideas before lunch.

Standard2 tokens

Sharp and clean. For feeds, shops, decks and thumbnails.

Ultra4 tokens

Full detail at the largest size. For print and posters.

Pick a shape — square, 16:9, 9:16, 4:3, 3:4, 3:2 or 21:9 — a file type (PNG, JPEG or WebP) and how many pictures you want in one go, up to four. Each picture in the run is charged separately.

Keep what you make

Every picture lands in your sketchbook at full size, ready to download. You own it and may use it commercially without attribution. We keep a copy in your account so you can come back for it.

If something goes wrong

Tokens are charged when a run starts and refunded automatically if it does not come back. A description that trips the safety filter is declined with a message — reword it and try again. Nothing is charged for declined runs.

One token is ten cents. You buy a pack, spend tokens per picture, and top up when you like. No subscription, nothing renews.

The fine print, in plain words

Tokens never expire. They are tied to your account and cannot be transferred. A run that fails is refunded in tokens automatically. Cards are charged in euro; BLIK payments are converted to złoty at the day’s rate and may show a small difference on your statement. Prices include VAT where it applies. Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days — see the refund policy.

Include the order number from your confirmation email. Refund requests with it are settled the same day.

Common questions

A picture failed but my balance dropped

Refunds are automatic and usually land within a minute. If the balance still looks wrong after that, email us the time of the run.

My BLIK code was not accepted

Codes expire after two minutes. Get a fresh one in your banking app and try again.

I did not get the sign-up or reset email

Check the spam folder first. If it is not there after ten minutes, email us from the same address and we will confirm the account by hand.

Delete my account and data

Email us from the account address. We delete the account, the pictures and the billing profile within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

Terms of service

The agreement between you and AImagination for using aimagination.io. Last updated 13 October 2026.

1. Who we are

AImagination (“we”, “us”) operates aimagination.io, a service that generates pictures from written descriptions. Our registered company details are available on request at support@aimagination.io.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older to open an account. Keep your password private and your email address current; everything done through your account counts as done by you. One person, one account.

3. Tokens

Pictures are paid for with tokens. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you buy. Tokens do not expire, cannot be transferred to another account and have no cash value except as described in our refund policy. New accounts receive free tokens as a gift; we may change or withdraw that gift for new sign-ups at any time.

4. What you may not generate

Do not use the service to create material that is illegal, that sexualises minors, that depicts real people in a misleading or harmful way, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that is meant to harass or deceive. A safety filter may decline a description; we may suspend accounts that keep trying to get around it.

5. Your pictures

You own the pictures you generate and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially, without crediting us. We store a copy in your account so you can download it again. Because the engine learns from very large collections of images, a result may resemble existing work; checking that your use does not infringe anyone’s rights is your responsibility.

6. The engine

Pictures are produced by third-party machine-learning models. We may change models, sizes and detail levels as better ones become available. Results vary; we do not promise that a particular description will produce a particular picture.

7. Availability and failures

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee it. If a run fails, the tokens it cost are returned to your balance automatically.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

9. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time by emailing support. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Unused tokens on a closed account are handled under the refund policy.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country where we are established, without affecting the consumer protections of the country you live in. If we cannot settle a complaint together, you may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

Privacy policy

What we collect, why, where it goes and the rights you have over it. Last updated 13 October 2026.

What we collect

Your email address and a hashed password when you sign up. The descriptions you type and the pictures generated from them. Your orders — pack, amount, date and the payment reference, never your card number. Technical logs such as IP address and browser type, kept for security.

Why we use it

To run your account and deliver the pictures you ask for (performance of our contract with you). To take payments and keep the records tax law requires (legal obligation). To keep the service secure and improve it (our legitimate interest). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

Supabase hosts our database and sign-in system in the European Union. Replicate runs the image models; it receives your description to generate the picture and may process it outside the EU under standard contractual clauses. 10xGate and its licensed payment partners handle payments; card and BLIK details go directly to them.

How long we keep it

Account data for as long as your account exists. Pictures and descriptions until you delete them or until 12 months after the account is closed. Order records for the period tax law requires, normally seven years.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, receive it in a portable format, or object to how we use it. Email support@aimagination.io and we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no banner.

Billing and refund policy

Prices and currency

Packs are priced in euro and include VAT where it applies. Card payments are charged in euro. BLIK payments are charged in Polish złoty, converted at the rate shown at checkout; your bank may apply its own rate or fee.

Delivery

Tokens are added to your account the moment our payment provider confirms the payment, usually within seconds. If they have not appeared after ten minutes, email support with your order number.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

Tokens are digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you ask us to deliver them straight away and acknowledge that, once delivery starts, you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. We still offer the goodwill refund below.

Refund for an unused pack

If you have not spent any token from a pack, you can ask for a full refund of that pack within 14 days of buying it. Packs that have been partly used are not refundable, except where a fault on our side made the tokens unusable.

Failed pictures

When a run fails, its tokens are returned to your balance automatically. We refund in tokens, not money, because the pack itself was delivered as ordered.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before asking your bank to reverse a payment — almost everything is settled the same day. Accounts with an open chargeback are paused until it is resolved.

How to ask

Email support@aimagination.io from your account address with the order number. Refunds go back to the card or BLIK account that paid, normally within 5–10 business days.
